🌿 Limerick Wellbeing Series – Abbeyfeale Event

Come be part of something special on Sunday, May 18th (10am–2pm) at the Abbeyfeale Greenway Hub (Eircode: V94 37N8) for the second event in our Limerick Wellbeing Series – a community celebration of movement, mental health, and meaningful connections.

🚴‍♂️ This event is part of Bike Week Ireland (May 10–18), and is designed to get people across Limerick physically active, socially connected, and more aware of their own wellbeing.

💚 Proceeds from the event support the Limerick Mental Health Association, helping them reach and support more people across the county who need mental health services the most.

🗓 What’s Happening on the Day:

• 🚲 6km Family Cycle – to the Kerry border and back

• 🚴 26km Cycle – to Listowel and back for the more adventurous

• 🏃 5K & 10K Runs – heading toward Templeglantine

• 🚲 Free Bike Hire – courtesy of LikeBikes (limited supply – first come, first served)

• 🎨 Kids Zone – face painting, games and fun activities

• 💬 Wellbeing Hub – browse info stalls, chat with health & wellness professionals, enjoy mini demos & talks
