The Limerick Wellbeing Series – Stage 5 rolls into Newcastle West on Sunday, September 21st at 10AM, offering a scenic and uplifting 5K or 10K experience along the stunning Limerick Greenway.

Whether you’re a casual walker, a social jogger, or someone chasing a new personal best, this inclusive event is for everyone. The route winds through peaceful countryside and leafy surrounds, creating the perfect setting for movement, mindfulness, and community.

This is a chip-timed event, proudly managed by Justrace.ie, and the first 50 participants to register will receive a limited edition Limerick Wellbeing Series T-shirt and a certificate of completion.

All proceeds go directly to Limerick Mental Health Association, supporting local mental health services that make a difference.
