1:1 Nervous System Reset


Wellbeing is unique to each of us, it is not one size fits all! In an online 1:1 session we will together look at your day; identify areas of high or low energy, sleep. times of stess/anxiety. We will explore what works and what doesnt in terms of what time you use, work and family life. We will look at thinking styles and your nervous system. The sessions allow you to determine the areas you would like support to change or improve.

We can also explore for those who wish to look at athletic performance and learn how changing our breath and mindset can optimise performance with reduced energy output.

Each area of our lives are interconnected, when we improve one area, we experience the benefits in all areas.
