I am a Stress Management Coach. I combine fifteen years of teaching experience with qualifications in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Stress Management Consultancy and Life-Coaching to support people going through periods of stress and looking for assistance in managing stressful feelings.
We all go through stressful periods of time and stressful events. These times can really throw us off course, have us feeling a lack of control over ourselves, our lives, elevate our nervous systems, cause us to lose sleep, throw our healthy eating patterns out of whack and much more. Often a person feels they need help, but it’s difficult to know which type of mental health professional to seek out. Many people in these situations are not looking to work long term with a therapist and discuss issues from the past, but rather require more of a solution-focussed helping hand to deal with the present and the near future. There are ways to help alleviate the feelings of stress and the repercussions of those feelings on the body and mind. I use a variety of techniques and tools to help a client deal with issues at hand, understand their own thoughts and triggers, feel calmer in their bodies, alleviate feelings of overwhelm and put some control back into the client’s hands.
