I'm a general nurse on an exciting path of wellness and balance. Life can be very stressful & i learned if you dont manage stress, your body will tell you! Burnout and a later cancer doagnosis stopped me in my tracks in 2017. I had begun a healing journey for burnout through complimentary therapies and meditation. A cancer diagnosis only pushed me forward to study and become my own healer. I'm here to share that healing journey with you through Reflexology and energy therapies. Stress management is crucial. Stress is the gateway to disease. I've recently moved to Feenagh after restoring my grandmothers derelict cottage. A labour of love, with a treatment area to follow.
