Flexitime does not sell services on behalf of professionals and is not a marketplace.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:

• Attempt to interfere with Website functionality

• Upload harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent content

• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission

• Misuse enquiry forms or spam professionals

We reserve the right to restrict access if misuse is detected.

3. User Accounts (Professionals Only)

Professionals (“Service Providers”) may create an account to publish and manage listings.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information

• Keep your login details secure

• Ensure your profile content complies with all applicable laws, including professional and licensing requirements

• Update your information when it changes

We may suspend or remove listings that violate these Terms or damage the integrity of the platform.

4. Directory Listings

Professionals are responsible for:

• All information provided in their profile/listing

• Accuracy of services, prices, qualifications and descriptions

• Ensuring compliance with industry standards

• Managing customer enquiries received through the Website

Flexitime is not responsible for verifying professional credentials, licences, insurance, qualifications, or business legitimacy unless explicitly stated.

We may, at our discretion:

• Edit listing content to improve clarity or user experience

• Remove listings that violate guidelines or complaints procedures

• Request verification of identity or professional status

5. Enquiries and Communication

Users may contact professionals via:

• Enquiry forms on the Website

Flexitime:

• Passes enquiries directly to professionals

• Does not control communication after the enquiry is sent

• Is not responsible for the response time, quality, or outcome of communications

Flexitime is not responsible for agreements, bookings, payments, disputes, or interactions between users and professionals.

6. Workplace Wellbeing Services

Businesses may submit forms requesting workplace wellbeing support.

Flexitime may:

• Recommend suitable professionals

• Facilitate introductions

• Assist in managing event logistics when agreed

Flexitime is not responsible for the actions, performance, or professional conduct of external professionals participating in workplace wellbeing services.

7. Payments, Memberships & Fees (Professionals)

Flexitime may charge:

• Listing fees

• Membership or subscription fees

• Event participation fees

• Webinar or promotional fees

By purchasing a membership or listing:

• You agree to the fee displayed at checkout

• You authorise us to collect payment through our payment processor (e.g., Stripe)

• You agree to our Refund Policy (add if you have one; I can draft this)

Flexitime does not process payments for services offered by professionals.
All bookings and fees between users and professionals are handled off-site and outside of Flexitime.

8. Content Ownership

8.1 Your Content

Professionals retain ownership of content they upload but grant Flexitime a licence to:

• Display, reproduce, and distribute the content on the Website

• Use content for marketing and promotional purposes

• Modify content for formatting or clarity

You confirm you have the rights to use any photos, descriptions, logos, or media you upload.
