I’m Teresa Guiney RMIRI, at Holistic Reflexology Kerry based in Brosna and Killarney. I am an experienced reflexologist and holistic therapist with a background in Montessori education and special needs teaching. I offer foot, hand and facial reflexology, indian head & face massage, Reiki, IET, DECH crystal healing, Solfeggio tuning fork sound therapy and Chakra balancing. <br />
I have specialised training in fertility, menstrual health, menopause, babies, children and teens, neurodiversity and additional needs, and I support people of all ages with a wide range of concerns including stress, anxiety, pain, backache, headaches, hormonal imbalance, digestive issues and sleep difficulties. <br />
Reflexology and holistic therapies can support many aspects of physical, emotional and energetic wellbeing.<br />
With a compassionate and intuitive approach I create bespoke holistic sessions incorporating gentle touch, energy healing, crystals and sound therapy, providing a safe, nurturing space where clients can relax deeply, restore balance and reconnect with themselves.
