This six-week online Introduction to Mindfulness programme is designed for busy individuals who want a practical way to slow the mind, reduce stress and develop greater clarity. Guided by Suzanne, the course offers a structured yet gentle approach to building a sustainable mindfulness practice.
Each weekly session focuses on relevant theme working with the breath to steady attention, reconnecting with the body to reduce tension, understanding emotions under pressure, relating differently to unhelpful thinking patterns, and developing more compassionate awareness. Sessions combine teaching with guided mindfulness practices that help calm the nervous system and improve focus. You’ll also learn how to bring mindful presence into everyday moments.
The tone of the classes is supportive, practical and down-to-earth, with space for reflection or questions. Classes run on the same day and time each week to create consistency. Please contact Suzanne for an initial complimentary taster class.
