Yes, you can keep your website and you can integrate your Flexitime store via html block in your WordPress website so that your products show up in 2 places. You don’t need to have a shop or booking setup on your site — Flexitime handles all that for you.
You can link to your Flexitime store from your website or social media, so clients book and buy through us while you keep your site as is.
Does Flexitime integrate with Google Calendar or Zoom?
Yes, Flexitime integrates with both.
Google Calendar: You can sync your Flexitime bookings directly with your Google Calendar. This means your appointments will appear in your calendar, helping you manage your schedule more effectively.
Zoom: For online sessions, Flexitime allows you to add Zoom meeting links to your bookings. When a client books an online appointment, a Zoom link is automatically generated and included in the confirmation and reminder emails.
These integrations streamline your workflow, keeping everything in sync without extra hassle.
Is Flexitime only available in Limerick or online?
Flexitime is primarily based in Limerick, but it’s available to professionals across Ireland. You can set up your store and manage bookings from anywhere — all you need is an internet connection.

What payment processor do you use?
We’ve teamed up with Stripe, a trusted and secure global payment provider. It lets you accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — all processed seamlessly through your Flexitime store.
So your clients can pay at checkout without you having to chase payments or mess about with different apps. No fuss, no hassle — just smooth transactions that look professional.
How do I get paid for my services sold on Flexitime?
When someone books or buys from your Flexitime store, payment goes straight into your Stripe account. From there, it lands in your bank – for new Stripe customers, early transactions can take up to 14 days but the more transactions that go through, this will speed up to within a few working days.
No middlemen holding your money. You get paid automatically and securely.
Can clients pay in cash?
Yes — if you’re on the Pro or King plan, you can switch on a ‘Cash on Delivery’ option at checkout. That way, clients can choose to pay you in person, and you still keep your bookings organised through the system.
All other payments go through Stripe, which handles card and mobile payments securely.
You stay in control of how your clients pay — online or in-hand.
I already use a SumUp or card machine — can I still use it?
Yes — you can still use your own card machine for in-person payments. Just mark those bookings as paid manually in your Flexitime dashboard so your records stay up to date.
Flexitime doesn’t replace your SumUp — it just helps you stay organised, cut down on admin, and reach more clients.
Who takes care of VAT on my products and services?
You do. Flexitime gives you the tools to set your own VAT rates and display them properly — but it’s your responsibility to know if you need to charge VAT and to report it correctly.
If you’re unsure, best to check with your accountant. We make it easy to manage — but we don’t mess with your tax.
Can my gym or studio sell renewing memberships or subscriptions?
Not yet. At the moment, you can sell memberships using variable products (like 1-month, 3-month, or 10-class passes), but they don’t auto-renew.
That said, we’re actively working on this feature, and as soon as it’s ready, you’ll be the first to know.
For now, you can still sell memberships manually and keep things flexible.
I rent out a studio — can I set up a calendar for bookings?
Yes. You can create a calendar for your studio so clients can book time slots directly.
It’s easy to manage availability, block off times, and avoid double bookings — all from your Flexitime dashboard.
You keep full control of your space and bookings without the hassle.
Do I need to list a lot of services to get started?
Nope. Start with what you’ve got — even just one or two services is fine.
