We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. However, in order to accommodate all our clients and manage our schedule effectively, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment changes.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be in need of treatment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee helps to cover the costs associated with the missed appointment and the lost opportunity to schedule another client during that time.
