About Your Organisation
We are a small media agency with 15 staff and we cover social media, website design, marketing etc and we are mainly office based with most people doing 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. Our jobs mostly require sitting at the desk between 9 and 5 and we have a good team but at times we are under time pressure to fulfil projects and this can at time be stressful on the team and i would like to create a team building exercise that our staff can enjoy and feel valued for the work that they do.
