Greenway Family Support would like a half-day wellbeing programme for approximately 25 staff and volunteers. The aim is to support stress management, practical self-care and team connection. We would like a mix of practical wellbeing education, gentle movement and relaxation. We are open to Flexitime recommending the most suitable structure and professionals.
